We train people in advanced telephone answering techniques. The training teaches you how to answer phones for organizations or your business and how to handle complaint calls and difficult callers. You would learn how to answer phones like a professional.
The training is available wherever there is Internet access. It could be at home, in your office, (if you are working) in any internet café or even at a friend’s home or office where there is Internet access.
You would need a working email address and then access to the internet anywhere: at home, in an office or at an Internet cafe and ability to type your emails.
Training starts on the 11th of May for people who have registered. However, you can register and start any other time after that. The training last for 6 weeks

Yes, a certificate will be mailed to you from a genuine government registered and accredited institution- Gaborone Universal College of Law-if you are able to complete the training.
